At Wholesale Products, we aim to ensure your fashion inventory meets your standards; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
